I love it when Edie doesn't know I'm watching her. It is like I get a quiet, fleeting little minute to see her - really see her. My precious little girl. She was so intent on her drawing that she didn't see me peeking out from my study... we'd just been down the local Sunday market, where I picked up the little chairs and table. We managed to walk down and back with the pram before the heavens opened. She was completely taken with the fact that she had her own special 'Edie table and chairs' - she got her crayons and paper and started drawing straight away. Time moves faster when you love.
...it appears that I may have some street cred with some local 8 year olds. Made a bag like the one above for my friend's sons birthday but in orange and black- he liked it so much he put in an order for his mate. Word up, like, sweet! (bro, YO!, ya dig?)

Great score - love the table and chairs, but most of all I love the little Edie sitting there caught in the moment. I love spying on the babes too. So. Damn. Good!
Love the loot bag. Big ups to ya sister! Woot!
Street cred with the 8 year olds? Cool!!
Your daughter looks so peaceful in her new creative space.
What a lucky find and Edie looks so immersed in what she is doing. The rain was lovely, we walked and played in the rain. Wow, you are definitely big in The Hood then!!!
Bless her! Were they at the Inveresk market? I always forget to go there.
The loot bag rocks!
Yep, enough to make the heart melt. Am concerned, however, that I need to get myself fluent in 8 year old speak - that's no time away and I naively thought I had at least til age 10 before I'd be requiring translation.
... i think that le bag is popular because it parades the word 'loot': kinda burglar-esque, rough-neck but a hand bag ... hmmm.

Did you see your dress feataure in the centre of the pile of PANDA hampers on Shannon's site? Have a look sister.
