Out
I woke up with a need for air. Edie and I took off for an adventure. A country drive that ended up wonderfully aimless until I remembered that there was a blueberry jungle just waiting to be explored. The excitement in the small made me smile. Fresh air can give some clarity, no? Out is good.
Now to convert them into these muffins. They are super tasty and super easy - I add a bit of cinnamon as well... oh and add lovely friends for best results xxx

The version my small does of blueberry collecting involves a big full tummy, a purple grin and an empty bucket.

Oh yum! I think that blueberry farm has been very popular this year (we received a bag full from the mother-in-law), might have to try the muffin recipe too!
Blueberry jungle !! Almost enough to make me emigrate . Well actually , this winter + a blueberry jungle make Tasmania sound a perfect destination !

mmmm the blueberries - we did the pick thing too a few weeks back - the kidlets loved it! [though not as long as mummy would have liked ;P ]
